Blood vessels model building using CT data.
Project summary
The goal of this work is to develop a software system. It allows build a blood vessels graph. This has several advantages. First, the graph to determine how the vessels are connected with each other. Secondly, the construction of such a graph, you can immediately go directly to the analysis of blood vessels, the definition of the thickness of the vessel diameter, the presence of blood clots, etc.

We propose a method for separating the information about the vessels, provides a method for constructing a graph of vessels, as described by the auxiliary algorithm.
